Reminder, we have our Annual Members Driving Day THIS weekend. The chance to test your skills and the capabilities of your Land Rover around the site at Sudbury. Of course it is also an excuse to chat amongst fellow LR club members, swap stories, ask advice on repairs etc.
Camping is available from 4pm on the Saturday. We often have a small camp fire, incase it gets a bit chilly (not that we need that with the heat waves we have had this year), bat watching, RC cars have been brought out in the past.
Gates open on the Sunday around 9.30ish, drivers briefing between then and 10am when you are let loose. We will set up a couple of trials at each end of the site.
Bring potential new members / guests to the day, and remember unlicensed drivers can have a drive from the age of 13, if you will allow them access to your vehicle. The marshals will be more than happy to give tips and advice, sitting in with you, just ask.
Donations always welcome to our chosen charity – Essex and Herts Air Ambulance (please bring your money).
