Saturday saw 12 responders supporting Cancer Research UK with their Race for Life at South Weald Park, Brentwood. After spending a few hours setting up the course with signage and tape, they were ready to marshal the course and provide transport to participants should it be required back to the finish area. Following this, they then derigged the course ready for the CRUK van to be loaded and head off to their next event in the coming weeks.
The team had thanks from the CRUK team for their invaluable support providing vehicles to ensure course set up is as efficient as it can be. So far the event has raised over £60,000 for Cancer Research!
